| Friday October 26 2001 Dear Mr Biggles, Ok today is the day! I just got home from school and the dance is in like 4 hours and Im really nervous! I dont know why Ive been to dances before! I dont even know if Im supposed to go to Beckys and dress there or shes dressing here or were dressing at our own house and going down I dont know! I got to call her. Im supposed to meet Herbie at the dance. I know how to dance but Im like what if I forget and step on his feet or something. Ok I know thats stupid. I still dont know who Becky is going with she wont tell me! And I still dont know if Im going to wear my goddess costume without a bra Becky says shell wear hers that way but shes way braver than I am. Its like now I wish I was wearing something else. Ok I cant write anymore I need to get ready and get dinner like I can really eat right now! Wow! I got back from the dance like an hour ago. How can I tell u what happened? Ok, first I did eat dinner but not a lot and really I had a lot of time but I was nervous. So my Mommy was helping me get dressed and then like Brandy says she has to get ready for a date like we dont have two bathrooms! So Mommy helped me with makeup I usually dont really wear makeup even though Becky does sometimes. And it was really fun! Oh I know what u want to know ok I didnt wear a bra but I cheated cuz I pinned the sides so nothing would show. I get my hair curled in ringlets and have cinammon lipstick and eyeshadow thats almost gold. And I also had long fake eyelashes! And Mommy says I look beautiful. So then Brandy sees me and I think even she will be impressed and she just looks at me and says so what are u supposed to be? And I just felt sick like I wanted to hide and not go anywhere. I dont really care what she thinks I dont know why I felt that way but I wanted to cry. But then she said she was sorry I looked really nice! She even said I looked sexy! I mean I couldnt believe it she never says anything nice to me. So I felt better. Oh I should say I was wearing a toga that was kind of shimmery with gold braid and a gold belt so I looked like a Greek goddess. I also had on a nice pair of sandals. So then I wanted to go show Daddy, And Mommy said something first I dont know what but something about me being a goddess so then I came out and really my Daddy he just sat there in his chair and looked at me. And he didnt say anything and I didnt know what he thought and I started to get worried. But then he said "Oh my. You really are a goddess." And he looked like he was going to cry! I mean my Daddy like never cries! So I went to him and gave him a kiss and he hugged me and then I started tearing up. And I hadnt even got to the dance yet! So Daddy took me and picked up Becky I forgot we were going to do that and she looked beautiful! And my Daddy he says "wow, I get to chauffer two goddesses!" and me and Becky just grinned at each other. Oh she put the laurel leaves on for me. They looked great! Her brother Kevin took these plastic leaves and sprayed them with gold spraypaint. I was afraid it would come off but Becky says dont worry Kevin said it will work it will work. So we got to the dance. Oh I should tell u Becky was Venus whos the Goddess of Love and I was Artemis whos Goddess of the Hunt and also a virgin. So it was like Im a goddess but touch me and ur dead! lol Oh and Becky didnt wear a bra and she didnt pin the sides! Im like ur going to get in trouble and she says no she wont and and I say u better not bend over and were whispering so Daddy doesnt hear but were still giggling. It was fun cuz he was in the front and were both in the back like a real chauffer. So I still didnt know who Beckys date was and then I find out she doesnt have a date! And I said why didnt u tell me cuz then I felt bad cuz I had a date well not a real date just friends and she didnt. And she said dont feel bad I didnt want a date I going to play the field. So we get there and Daddy says he'll be back to get us and "keep your feet on the ground" and I dont know what he means but he says "dont go floating off into the clouds" and it was real cute. I saw Herbie right away he looked really good he had a blue wizard's costume with a pointed hat with gold stars all over and a blue robe with stars and a gold chain around his neck and even a scepter that was a staff with a small ball on the end. He said he got the staff at the Ren Faire. And he was real polite and took my arm and was a real gentleman! I danced a lot! They had it fixed up so it was sort of Halloween but not really, They didnt have any ghosts or monsters I guess cuz ppl would complain but they had pumpkins and scarecrows on the wall and hay and lights. There was a table with an orange table cloth with punch and snacks and cookies and stuff. Not everybody wore costumes but a lot of kids did. Oh even Mrs. Hill was there and she was dressed as a cow it was really funny! Oh, guess what? They said the Sept. 11 books that had my poem in them raised over $300! I dont remember exactly how much but thats a lot! They will help ppl who need help. Oh and guess who was there? Mrs. Hightower! Its funny cuz she doesnt have any kids at school this year but she said shes had kids at our school for five years and she always volunteers so she said why stop now? Shes always a cool chaperone. They played CDs they even had a DJ who was pretty funny. I think he was somebodys Dad but Im not sure. But it was cool it was like everybody wanted to dance with me! I mean I danced first with Herbie, but I also danced with Jeremy and Luis and then I asked Samuru to dance. I didnt think he was dancing and he said he didnt know how but I said just do what I do and he was pretty good! And I even danced one dance with Jose! So then I started feeling bad for Herbie but then I saw Becky ask him to dance which was cool. Oh then guess what? After he said "I have been blessed to have danced with two goddesses in one evening." It was funny cuz its like what my Daddy said! Herbie was neat he acted like a wizard the whole time hes a real good actor! Oh guess what Becky showed me? We went to the girls room and she showed me what she was wearing under her robe. She had on this tiny white thong! I mean it was so small it didnt even hide her pentragram tatoo or really anything else if u know what I mean! Becky wears skimpy lingerie but not usually that skimpy! Im chicken I wear cotton briefs and bikinis usually with flowers or something but this time I had on white bikini panties. But guess what? She said it was mailed to her from Night Goddess! Shes someone Beckys been chatting with on the Internet but the wierd thing is Becky said she got it yesterday and she just told Night Goddess her mail address Wednesday night! So Im like how could she get the address Wednesday night and get the panties to Becky on Thursday? Its like I guess the post office is trying to beat email! lol Oh Becky said there was a matching bra too which shell wear with it later. So anyway the dance went real well. Oh except this is funny Becky got away with not wearing a bra and not pinning the sides for almost all night then when it was like only half an hour until the end of the dance when Ms. Greene who is Ms. Mean but we never call her that to her face finally notices and takes Becky aside and tells her she has to get that dress pinned together or go home shes exposing herself to everybody. Im sorry Im evil but I wanted to laugh cuz I told her so! At the beginning of the dance she made Dolores wear her jacket I mean she had on a spagetti strap dress it was low cut in front and on the sides but not that low cut but Ms. Mean is a prude! Ok it was REALLY low cut in the back but still! Especially since there wasnt supposed to be any dress code. So anyway Becky had to find some pins and she was making fun of Ms. Greene behind her back it was really funny! I mean sometimes if u were really looking u could kind of see the sides of Beckys breasts but thats all not the front and not the nipple so dont go looking! LMAO So finally it was over and I danced the last dance with Herbie of course. Oh wait I should say Becky danced one dance with Linda! I thought she would really get in trouble for that but nobody said anything! I dont know if Linda is lesbian or bi I dont know her that well. But then I guess I see girls dancing together but its wierd its like u never see two guys dancing together. Ok so Herbie took me over where it was just him and me and we were saying goodnight and then we both kind of just stood there and then he looked at me and said "my goddess, may I kiss you?" I mean just like that! It was so sweet! So I said "sure" and he gave me this little peck on the lips! It was so sweet. So Daddy picked up Becky and me and dropped her off and I went home. I took off my costume and then I ate and ate! I dont know why I got so hungry! Oh I forgot to talk about my math test. I think I did ok I think I got a C maybe a C- I hope I got a C. Im no good in math. Saturday October 27 2001 Dear Mr Biggles, Oh my God! I totally forgot yesterday was Mr Biggles b-day! Its not his real birthday but its the day I got him which was the same day as Ms. Adelmans funeral. I got him when I was 10. I remember cuz its five days before Halloween. Im so sorry Mr Biggles! I watched game one of the World Series with Daddy. I really not into baseball much but I used to watch with him when I was little. They talked about America and baseball before the game which was neat. And I love Jewel she sang the national anthem. Daddy was really happy cuz the Arizona Diamondbacks kicked a** on the New York Yankees! Daddy hates the Yankees well he really doesnt like them I dont know why. The score was 9 to 1 and Daddy was real happy and hugged me lots of times. He hasnt been hugging me much for a long time but now he is which is cool so I gave him a kiss. Mommy was cleaning some houses and Brandy was somewhere so it was just me and Daddy which was neat. I made us snacks I cant cook but I can make snacks! He used to play baseball in high school I think he was second base. It was funny somebody else is on call for plumbing emergencies but he said if they called him he said tell them he was at the series watching the Diamondbacks eating the Yankees! lol I think some of the guys at his work are betting on the Yankees so Daddy thought it was funny. I think its cool they got a pool there I love to go swimming and I know Arizona is always hot so I wanted to jump right in! lol Oh Herbie called me and said he had a great time! Hes really sweet I just dont like him as a bf but hes a good friend. I think he still likes me. Becky said he just said he wanted to be friends too cuz thats what I said. Sunday October 28 2001 Dear Mr Biggles, I saw most of the game with Daddy. The Diamond backs won 4 to zip! Zeroed the Yankees! Daddy was hugging me and jumping up and down! I never seen him so excited! He said hes going to win a bundle but then said dont tell Mommy. Mommy and Brandy were here this time and they watched a little but Mommy didnt hear it. Daddy said it was the first shutdown in the series since I was five and he said that was the first series I watched with him. I didnt remember but I told him I did. I think a shutdown means one team got no runs. Daddys real good remembering stuff like that hes good with math but Im not! He said if the Diamondbacks win the series Ill get something special! I hope they win! Oh me and Becky practiced our responses over the phone. We have some things to memorize for the initiation. Its not a lot but its real important. I know theres different parts and I know some of what will happen but not all of it. Becky wants to see if we can wear our goddess costumes cuz its for the goddess but I dont think theyll let us. Does anybody know about wiccan initiations? Im kind of nervous not really scared but nervous. Aunt Eva said shell tell us somethings later but "not all will be revealed." Monday October 29 2001 Dear Mr Biggles, I screwed up! I got my test back in Math and I got a D! I got almost everything wrong! And my mistakes were all like STUPID mistakes! I didnt show Mommy or Daddy I didnt even tell them about the test but I think first quarter is almost over and if I get a D in any class I cant be in clubs which means Id be out of the coven! And Im just getting in! I dont know what to do! I messed up my schedule too. My schedule changed like the second or third day of school and I never fixed it. This is my schedule 1) English 2) Math 3) Science Lunch 4) PE 5) History 6) Yearbook Its the same as what I had except Math and Science are switched and I got the same teachers. My classes arent usually in that order only on Mondays and we only have three classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays but there longer. We had a cool substitute for History today I still keep calling it Social Studies I guess I dont stay awake long enough to notice the difference! Anyway I had substitutes before but this one was Mrs. Gan (how do you spell that). I never had her but she was really interesting. She told about her family and how she came to America as a little girl. How can I get better in Math? Tuesday October 30 2001 Dear Mr Biggles, I tried to do homework I got some done but it was hard. I watched the beginning of the series with Daddy and saw President Bush throw the first ball then I did homework and me and Becky quizzed each other over the phone on tommorrow. I think Daddy was mad at me he called me his good luck goddess and I didnt watch the whole game and the Yankees won 2 to 1! Daddy doesnt like the Yankees. Now he says he wants me to be here tommorrow for good luck but I cant. He wont make me stay home but I think he wants to. I know he will let me go to the Halloween party which is what I told him and Mommy it was. Of course its really my and Beckys initiation! Its good I didnt tell him about the D on my test or I dont think hed let me go! I got to get better grades in math and fast! I think I could tell Mommy about the coven cuz her friend Leslie does Tarot readings but Daddy wouldnt like it and Mommy tells Daddy everything I do! Daddy says were Catholic cuz I was baptised there as a baby but really Ive only been like 2 or 3 times and Daddy never goes. I dont know how you can be Catholic when you never go to church. Im wiccan and Im real excited about tommorrow. Its funny Im not nervous well just a little. Oh also Aunt Eva told Becky no goddess costumes which I figured. But she said dont worry about what you wear they have something special for us to wear in the ceremony. I have no idea what it is! Oh today was Herbies birthday hes 14. I didnt know what to give him but I figured he liked wizards so I gave him a wizard figurine I had for a long time and he really liked it. Tommorrow Ill be a real witch! |
